Why must I complete the online placement test?
Our online evaluation system is able to immediately determine your
Chinese language level for your TutorMing sessions. Completing the evaluation
will allow us to schedule sessions for you with other students of similar abilities and select
lesson materials suitable for your level.
How many course levels do you have?
TutorMing’s online language evaluation aims on understanding the individual’s Chinese
ability, according to listening, speaking, reading, and writing divided into 12 levels, allows all
the students to improve their Chinese abilities more precisely.
How can I make a reservation?
Please go to "Reservation Center" → "Continue" → "Submit " → "Yes" to confirm and finish your reservation. Reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the session time.
Can I cancel reserved sessions?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation 4 hours prior to the start of the session by going to Reservation Center and unchecking the reservation → click "Confirm" to finish the cancellation.
