| A│Your microphone may not be turned on, or the plug may not be fully connected. You should recheck the wire or reinsert the plugs of your headset. B│Your microphone plug or your computer may have a problem. You should retry by using a different headset. C│Our session software uses Port 443 in your computer to connect to the internet. Many companies may turn off this port when a firewall is installed, and our software will not be usable. You should change to a connection without a firewall, or have your IT personnel open port/tcp 443 for you to use. D│Your microphone volume may be too low or not set up properly. You can use our test wizard to adjust the microphone volume and retry in session. E│Confirm that you have closed all other software that uses audio functions, such as Windows Media Player or RealPlayer. F│You or others may have set your system audio to "Mute". Check to ensure your mute button is on and that your speaker wire is connected. |
