Getting an official certificate in teaching Chinese is not easy. Those who wish to obtain a certificate must have the following credentials.

Catherine is certified in Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL), Teaching Chinese for Business Purpose (TCBP) and Teaching Chinese to Young Learners (TCYL). Not only is she very familiar with two main-stream Chinese teaching systems, but she also provides up-to-date vocabulary and can speak with accents from different areas. Dramatic expression and detailed explanation are trademarks of her teaching. She is highly praised by her students, who range from beginners to experienced learners from all over the world.
Certified in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL) and Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language at the Education Development International Organization in UK, Sophia has years of experience in teaching both Simplified and Traditional Mandarin and Chinese culture to students worldwide. She's very proficient in test preparation as well. Learning with Sophia encourages students to speak loudly and proudly. Cathy majored in Teaching Chinese as Second Language and e-Learning at NTNU and certified in Proficiency in Teaching Chinese as a Second/ Foreign Language. She has plenty of experience teaching Chinese language and culture to students from different countries, such as Canada, Australia, and America. She can demonstrate the skills for a variety of test preparation. As a Chinese teacher, she is patient and enthusiastic in improving her students' learning experiences.. She also loves to share Chinese culture and make friends with people around the world.
Leina, who has an outgoing personality, is trilingual, speaking Chinese, English and Japanese. She has broad language experience and holds a bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Culture. She has also obtained professional Chinese voice-over training. Leina has two years instructing experience at a learning center. With her professional training, she understands pronunciation is the key to success in speaking Chinese. Therefore, she always patiently corrects and consults each learner’s pronunciation during her classes.
Elisabeth majored in Chinese Literature at CCU and has experience teaching Chinese at the university level. In addition to teaching, she also designs teaching materials to suit different learners. She believes in learning Chinese in an active manner. As a result of her education and experience, she enjoys introducing Chinese culture and showing the differences between Eastern and Western cultures. Christine majored in Teaching Chinese as a Second language and uses this knowledge in both the classroom as well as designing learning materials for children. She pairs her passion for teaching with a love for travel by teaching Mandarin to students from all over the world including USA and Thailand. Chloe is majored in Applied Chinese Language and Culture at NTNU, and is certified in Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language. She is also a bilingual in English while knowing some basic German as well. She has a passion in learning new languages, which facilitates her ability to explain the workings of the Chinese grammar to her students. As an experienced teacher she is able to properly guide her students through her lessons while meeting their individual learning requirements. With her patience to help her students learning Chinese, students can always feel at ease while taking lessons with her. She constantly strives to encourage her students to freely express themselves in Chinese as much as possible in order to further improve their overall learning experience in class.
Alice is certified in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL) and Teaching Chinese to Young Learners (TCYL). She speaks not only Chinese and English but also some Korean and French. Alice is good at building confidence for the students who are afraid to learn or make mistakes in learning Chinese. She is always patient and friendly to the students. Jacqueline is an elementary school teacher since 1984. She is an expert at teaching children. She also is certified in Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL), Teaching Chinese for Business Purpose(TCBP)and Teaching Chinese to Young Learners(TCYL). Calvin has both bachelor in arts degree and certificate of completion of business Mandarin course. He has worked in International schools in South-East Asia for several years and therefore was well experienced of teaching kids and teenagers. After that, he started a Mandarin Learning Center in Indonesia with local Chinese co-founders. In there he was responsible of curriculum planning, development strategy developing, and teaching businessmen.Calvin will describe himself as a Chinese tutor with business background. Aurora holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages and speaks Chinese and English, as well as some Japanese, French and Spanish. As an outgoing teacher, she always delivers her lessons with clear and creative instructions, so students can enjoy all her classes. As an experienced teacher, Aurora is able to teach students of all ages and help them cultivate their interest in learning.
Joeru is a certified Mandarin teacher with a master degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language and a bachelor degree in International Business. He is a native Mandarin speaker and is also fluent in English and French. He also speaks some Korean and has great interest in learning new languages. He is experienced in teaching Chinese of all levels and has received numerous positive feedbacks during his career. He is dedicated to delivering a lively, interesting yet professional class to students. He believes that learning in a positive atmosphere is the quickest path to excel in a language.
